There is so much hoopla about “Global Climatic Change” is it real, most think yes but others steadfast believe no.  For those who feel GCC are only Chicken Littlies, I think this may offer some alternatives, to SACRIFICE in living standards, or the economy.  That is unless you are in the fossil fuel business, or a lobbyist of said industry.
